In a future city, a girl from an art school named Ranran (played by Liutian) often plays with a neighbor's child named Dou Dou (played by Zhao Mengyang). Unfortunately, during an accidental event, Dou Dou goes missing, leaving her extremely anxious. At that moment, a UFO descends in the sky above the city, and an agent from the space agency's security department inexplicably loses his memory. The director (played by Wang Ying) asks investigator Ye Yun (played by Li Yi) to watch surveillance footage, where there appears to be a figure resembling Dou Dou, but it quickly disappears.
