Apollo (voiced by Justin Long) is a cricket and also an artist who's wandering on a journey. One day, Apollo arrives in a mysterious garden where he must work hard to earn the right to stay. At the same time, he has to deal with Wendy the wasp (voiced by Laurie Hymes), who is determined to frame him. On this day, Apollo meets Queen Margaret (voiced by Kate Mara), and they enjoy a delightful time together walking, dating, and singing. However, the bandit moth Sphinx (voiced by Ryan Nicolls) and his minions kidnap Margaret, and Wendy seizes the opportunity to stage a coup and take the throne.
