The ordinary high school student Yakukawa Garon (played by Shota Sometani) thought his days would pass blandly and uneventfully. Until one day, he suddenly finds that he can hear what others are thinking. This phenomenon, known as a superpower, initially leaves Yakukawa unsure of how to use it. At first, Yakukawa only applies this ability to the girl he has a crush on, Asagami Sae (played by Erina Mano). Later, Yakukawa discovers that he is not the only one with superpowers. Around him are various skilled individuals; his childhood friend Hirano Miyuki (played by Saho Matsushima) can communicate telepathically; the owner of the coffee shop in town can move objects with his mind; and members of the school's basketball team can teleport instantly... These newly awakened superpowered individuals initially only use their abilities for personal gain and convenience. Until the invasion of evil forces, they begin to band together to use their superpowers to defend their homeland and engage in thrilling and intense battles against the malicious forces.
