Tim is an amateur filmmaker who returns home to shoot a film for his brother Sean's funeral after Sean's suspected suicide. However, in the days that follow, Tim discovers that Sean had been obsessed with a never-before-seen internet urban legend: a story about a government secret mind control experiment that went completely out of control - the 'MKHEXE Project'.
