Christopher Waltz and Guy Pearce join the fantasy adventure comedy film "The Portable Door". Directed by Jeffrey Walker ("The Trouble with People," "Riot Rainbow"), starring Patrick Gibson ("Preternatural," "Tolkien"), with Arc Light Films selling at the Berlin Film Festival. Based on Tom Holt's fantasy novel, it is set in a magical world featuring the mysterious London company J.W. Wells & Co. Waltz plays the charming villain—the company's CEO Humphrey Wells, who seeks to modernize company strategies within ancient magical customs. Dennis Tanne (Pearce) is a shape-shifting goblin, a mid-level manager at the company. Meanwhile, a young intern, Paul Carpenter (Gibson), who is of little significance and often called upon, will discover the true secret of his company, which turns out to be an evil organization. "He thought that during the times the bosses weren't around, he was spending half the time with the fairies, but the reality is, of course, they were with the goblins..."
