Li Zixiong, Wang Mindai, and Chen Xinjian are friends who traveled from Hong Kong to Taiwan to engage in counterfeiting. However, they fell victim to a betrayal by Li's cousin, Zhang Quan. On the other hand, Li Zixiong has been secretly in love with Wang's wife, leading to a misunderstanding with Chen. This complex relationship resulted in Wang being imprisoned in Taiwan six years ago, and six years later, he embarked on a quest for revenge in Hong Kong. The film particularly focuses on the guilty conscience surrounding the idea of 'a friend's wife must not be played with,' making it unique among Hong Kong crime films. Director Wang Longwei's storytelling is smooth, and the action scenes are thrilling.
