More than a decade ago, a group of young people came to the forests of Kent to protest against the government's construction of a highway. As night fell, they were met with terror and ruthless slaughter. Fast forward to 2009. Susan Gordon (played by Charisma Carpenter), a beautiful woman living in California, is a famous American mystery novelist. For some reason, her new work is delayed in completion. With the help of her publisher Charles (played by Richard Raynesford), she and her husband David (played by Paul Sculfor) move to a countryside villa in Kent, England. Away from the noise of the city, Susan finds long-awaited peace. However, this good time doesn't last long as she begins to see strange sights, and bizarre incidents around her lead to extreme panic. The situation escalates, and everything seems to be closely related to the tragic events of that year...
