The courier Willy (played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt) rides a modified fixed-gear bicycle with a steel frame. With his cycling skills and quick reflexes, he weaves through crowded streets every day. One day, a woman gives him a 'very important urgent package' that he must deliver to Chinatown within 90 minutes. However, halfway there, the police stop Willy and, using coercive methods, demand he hand over the urgent package. With no way out, Willy reluctantly opens the envelope and discovers a shocking secret. So, will Willy, who has uncovered the secret, be able to deliver this message accurately within 90 minutes? Can his bike outrun the police cars and the gangsters?
