A peacekeeping force from a Chinese military region arrived in the war-torn area of Salia to join the United Nations peacekeeping mission. In addition to undertaking engineering, transportation, and medical tasks, they formed a six-member special operations team, led by Captain Bian Xiang, with Vice Captain Song Jianchen, bomb disposal expert Feng Zhiyong, and Wang Hai, medic Xie Mengjie, and internet genius Qin Mu Yang. Wang Hai sacrificed himself to cover his comrades, and Second Lieutenant Zheng Qihan flew to Salia to join the special operations team. An epidemic quietly spread, and in the struggle against the plague, the Chinese peacekeeping force's medical team worked tirelessly to rescue the infected Salia civilians. Armed groups and terrorists in Salia took advantage of the chaos to create panic. The special operations team escorted an international team of medical experts deep into the epidemic zone and ultimately overcame the ravaging plague. As the peacekeeping operations continued, the bonds between the team members grew stronger. With the mediation of the UN peacekeeping forces, the civil war in Salia came to a halt. The special operations team accepted their final mission: to escort their fallen comrade home.
