Frank Doelger, the producer of "Game of Thrones," is developing a brand new thriller series titled "Concordia" for German ZDF television. The setting is similar to "Minority Report," where millions of cameras are connected to an AI system that monitors every aspect of citizens' lives and prevents suspected criminals from committing crimes. The entire city is gun-free with a crime rate of zero, until one day a body is discovered in the suburbs... The series has invited Mike Walden, the writer of "The Frankenstein Chronicles," to write the script.
