Synopsis

The film is adapted from Tianxia Bachang's "Muye Guishi" and tells the story of Chen Zheng, who was fostered by Zhao Dabao's family after his father's death and has always doubted his own lineage. After revealing the Unloading Hills' strength through a fight with smugglers, Chen Zheng unexpectedly meets Liu Jinshan and Guai Ye, discovering that his father was actually the leader of Unloading Hills, and that both men are his father's junior disciples. At the same time, his close friend Zhao Dabao's mother is critically ill and urgently needs money. Under Liu Jinshan's persuasion, Zhao Dabao kidnaps Guai Ye to explore the tomb, and Chen Zheng goes down to the tomb with his brother to search for the mysterious medicinal herb that can bring the dead back to life, as mentioned by Liu Jinshan.
