Bomb Disposal Expert in Cantonese

Zhang Zai Shan (played by Andy Lau) is a senior inspector in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Bureau of the Hong Kong police. Seven years ago, he went undercover into the criminal gang of the number one wanted criminal, Huo Bao (played by Jiang Wu). During a heist on a bank vault, Zhang revealed his identity as an undercover bomb disposal agent and successfully coordinated with the police to prevent a bomb from detonating, capturing Huo Bao and his brother's criminal organization in one fell swoop. Unfortunately, at the last moment, Huo Bao escaped and vowed revenge. After returning to duty, Zhang was quickly promoted to a bomb disposal expert in the police force. Seven years later, Hong Kong faces a series of bomb terror attacks, and the police receive intelligence that a large number of explosives have been smuggled into the city. All signs point to a major incident about to occur in Hong Kong. Amid the growing panic among citizens, the busiest Cross-Harbour Tunnel in the city is blocked by vicious criminals, taking hundreds of hostages. The finally revealed Huo Bao threatens the police to blow up the tunnel. Zhang Zai Shan realizes that he must bring Huo Bao to justice to defuse the shocking conspiracy behind this anti-terrorism storm.
