 Synopsis
Senior Superintendent Luo Congtian from Hong Kong violated the anti-corruption ordinance and was forced to flee to the United States. His son, Robin, obtained a gang roster in Hong Kong and rushed to the U.S. to hand it over to Congtian, hoping to clear his father's name from corruption charges. Gang assassins Ya Jian and Xiao Wen traced him to the U.S. The 'Flower Destroyer' Devil Fish committed numerous crimes, harming young women. Robin's brother, Michael, and the sister of the street queen, Big Sister, fell victim together. Robin and Big Sister vowed to uncover the murderer.
