Cheung Chau Island in Hong Kong is a small place where people are born and raised, living a comfortable life without much ambition. However, there is a stubborn girl known as 'Cheung Chau Beauty' Luo Jiao (played by Jing Wong), who in order to avenge a slap from her rival, decides to rally a few good friends to participate in the 'Water Lily' 4x100 swimming relay race to win the championship. To achieve this, she kidnaps 'Flying Fish Prince' Guo Zhi Yuan (played by Fang Lishen), forcing him to train her and her friends: the sickly 'Cursed Star' Ah Yu (played by Huang Shengyi), and the herbivorous twins 'Big Flower' (played by Qian Li Mei) and 'Little Flower' (played by Zhu Xun). After intense training and with the unexpected superpower granted by 'Sea Guanyin' (played by Tian Liang), Luo Jiao and her friends significantly improve their swimming skills, and Guo Zhi Yuan gradually develops feelings for Luo Jiao, though she mistakenly thinks he likes Ah Yu.
