Lisa's childhood was unhappy; her parents' love was not recognized by their families, and the wife her father married according to family wishes harmed Lisa and her mother after learning about them. Lisa had to evade these dangers with her mother. Domestic rebels wanted to use Lisa and Prince Karl, who were in Thailand, to kidnap them. At a critical moment, Tipao transitioned from being Lisa's supervisor to becoming her personal bodyguard and personally escorted her back home. The king and Prince Karl ultimately quelled the rebellion, but after completing his escort mission, Tipao had to return to Thailand, which made Lisa very unhappy. The king and Prince Karl, seeing her pain, chose to support Lisa in seeking her own happiness. Lisa finally ended up happily together with Tipao.
