Rahan, who lives in Delhi, is sent by his father, a real estate developer, to a small town called Koti near Shimla to handle a villa named 'GlenManor', which is to be sold to the Mittal family. Upon arriving in the town, Rahan hears that the villa is haunted by a ghost named 'Shaitan'.
