 Synopsis
On a rainy Friday, Mrs. Parker (played by Kassie Wesley DePaiva) suddenly feels unwell and falls into a puddle, dying in agony. This event deals a significant blow to her family; her three children, Elise (played by Ambyr Childers), Rose (played by Julia Garner), and Rory (Jack Gore), are heartbroken, while their father Frank (Bill Sage) seems particularly shocked. To the children, Dad symbolizes supreme power, and the girls yearn to grow up happy and free like their peers but are forced to obey their father's commands. The Parker household, shrouded in subtle sadness, harbors a terrifying secret that is difficult to confront. A diary reveals the family's cursed fate and history. Meanwhile, the ongoing disappearances of people around the small town and the accidental discovery of a finger bone by floodwaters attract the attention of concerned individuals, and the Parker family's secrets are about to be revealed.
