The small employee Kong Zhen (played by Qi Yuchen) working at Lusheng Group unexpectedly crosses paths with the president of Ruan Shi Group, Ruan Zheng (played by Lu Dongxu), and is soon dispatched by Lusheng's boss Lu Yun (played by Huang Yangzixu) to go undercover to investigate the secrets of Ruan Zheng's twin brother. To his surprise, one of the twins is Liang Yu, the person Kong Zhen had a crush on ten years ago.
