 Synopsis
Liang Kuan (played by Zhang Jiahui) is a low-level police officer who has often played minor undercover roles. While feeling frustrated about his career, his superior unexpectedly assigns him to investigate the big conman Ferrari (played by Wang Jing), giving Kuan a boost of confidence. One day, Kuan accompanies his girlfriend Pizza (played by Kwan Siu-mui) to a banquet hosted by his sister (played by Ng Man-tat) for her brother-in-law, the big conman Huang Shihu (played by Stephen Chow), during his brief release from prison. Kuan acts arrogantly at the banquet and ends up being pranked by Huang Shihu, leading to a grudge. Kuan goes undercover around Ferrari and encounters his beautiful first love (played by Lin Xilei) on the beach, falling for her charm. Kuan believes he has gained Ferrari's trust, but before he can find any evidence of a crime, he falls into the trap of his first love's beauty and almost loses his job. Despite their past grievances, Pizza discusses seeking help from Kuan's brother-in-law, only to find out that the brother-in-law has already set up numerous challenges for Kuan...
