One day, Jim (played by Richard Widmark), a cavalryman, found his old friend, the town sheriff Mackay (played by James Stewart), and asked him to help rescue the people who had been kidnapped by Indians. In the end, the two successfully saved a boy named Quick Wolf (played by David Kent) and a woman named Elena (played by Shirley Jones).
