"She-Ra and the Princesses of Power" tells the story of Adora (voiced by Aimee Carrero), an orphan who discovers a magical sword that allows her to transform into the mysterious warrior princess She-Ra, thus escaping from the evil Horde Kingdom she once lived in. Along her journey, she finds a new family among the resistance and gathers a group of magical princesses to fight against evil forces in an ultimate battle. Award-winning writer and producer Noelle Stevenson ("Lumberjanes," "Nimona") and producer Chuck Austen ("The Croods: A New Age," "The Universe Kids") reinterpret this iconic female hero from the 1980s for a new young generation with a modern perspective.
