 Synopsis
Danny served in the army for four years, but all he could think about was Brooklyn and its beauty. Upon returning from the war, he quickly discovered that Brooklyn was not as beautiful as he remembered. He shared a room with Nick, the janitor of his alma mater, and found a job as a singer at a musical instrument store. He also met the talented pianist Leo and his teacher Annie, whose dream was to become an opera singer. After Jamie returned from England, Danny tried to show him the life in Brooklyn and helped him create modern swing music. The four of them also worked together to help Leo win a Brooklyn music scholarship.
