The Japanese terrorist group Red Tiger has turned Hong Kong into a major base for smuggling arms in the Asia-Pacific region. They also use advanced technology to deliberately challenge the Special Administrative Region government, which is left powerless, seriously threatening the safety of citizens across Hong Kong. Officer Chan Chong (played by Eric Tsang) wants to prove his abilities, so he selects four rebellious youths – Jack (played by Nicholas Tse), Match (played by Alex Fong), Alien (played by Ronald Cheng), and Millennium Bug (played by Yip Pei-wen) – from the police academy to form a new special police task force with the aim of capturing Red Tiger. During their first operation, they infiltrate the gang led by Brother Jae, who is the contact person for Red Tiger. The special police gradually earn Brother Jae's trust, but they are also seen by the police as his accomplices, facing threats from both sides. As everyone struggles to escape, they discover Red Tiger's major conspiracy...
