In 1978, Death Valley. Officer David McAlister (played by David Stanbra) brought the murderous and brutally bloody Fog Man (played by Ben Gunther) to justice, and this nightmarish villain ultimately died in the gas chamber. Fast forward to the present, Sheriff McAlister (played by Robert Pine) is about to retire, while his son Harris (played by Michael Muhney) is following in his father's footsteps to become a police officer. While dining at a hexagonal diner, the father-son duo encounters a fugitive casino robber. A standoff ensues, leading to a massive explosion caused by the young and impulsive Harris, and two robbers take the waitress Maya (played by Mircea Monroe) hostage as they flee. While waiting for the rescue team to arrive, David and his son undertake a cautious pursuit. However, what neither side anticipates is that there seems to be another mysterious and terrifying killer toying with them. The evil Fog Man is not dead and has returned to wreak havoc...
