 Synopsis
In the second episode, Neo (played by Keanu Reeves) was unable to destroy the 'Matrix' from within, leaving his body in a coma on the ship in the real world, while his mind was trapped in a limbo between the 'Matrix' and the real world, a place controlled by the 'Train Man.' Morpheus (played by Laurence Fishburne) and Trinity (played by Carrie-Anne Moss) learned about Neo's situation, and under the guidance of a guardian angel, they found the controller of the 'Train Man,' Merovingian. After a fierce battle, they rescued Neo. At that moment, the electronic squid army launched a fierce attack on Zion, and humanity organized all mech warriors to mount a fierce resistance; the situation was dire. Neo and Trinity piloted a ship, overcoming numerous difficulties, and reached the machine city, where Neo finally met the ruler of the machine world, the 'Machine Emperor.' They negotiated and reached an agreement: Neo would eliminate Smith, who was not controlled by the 'Matrix,' in exchange for peace in Zion. In the 'Matrix,' Neo and Smith engaged in a final duel that would determine the survival of humanity.
