Adapted from the Korean manhwa of the same name, it tells the story of the indifferent honor student Mizunase Jin (played by Motohama Junsei), who, in an unprecedented move, tries to live a student life without getting involved with the problem child in class, Hirukawa Haruki (played by Kamimura Kenji). However, one day, Mizunase accidentally sees Hirukawa, who is bruised all over from being beaten by his father, outside of school. Having unexpectedly learned this secret, Mizunase tries to keep his distance from Hirukawa to prevent their relationship from deepening, but the image of Hirukawa, completely different from the one at school, lingers in his mind.
