Delicious food is a carnival full of blood, violence, and fun, as a young couple heads to a dilapidated plastic surgery hospital in Eastern Europe. The young woman wants to reduce her breasts. Her mother is coming for another makeover. The boyfriend wanders through an abandoned ward and accidentally discovers a young woman who is stuffed and tied to the operating table. She is the result of an experimental revival therapy. He releases her, not realizing that he has only triggered a viral outbreak that will turn doctors, patients, and his mother-in-law into bloodthirsty zombies.
