The story depicts a mysterious tale about folklore and resentment. According to the legend, turning the ashes of deceased loved ones into porcelain can allow their souls to linger nearby, providing comfort and companionship. However, if there is resentment within the soul, it could lead to terrifying events that pull the living into the turmoil until the grievances dissipate. In the film, the protagonist Qi Hua (played by Wang Wanzhong) has lost her pure and kind fiancé, Qing Wen. To be with him forever, she follows her best friend’s advice and uses a form of folk witchcraft to turn Qing Wen's ashes into a human bone vase. From that moment on, Qi Hua begins to feel as if Qing Wen still exists in her home. However, as time passes, things gradually spiral out of control, and various supernatural and horrifying events begin to occur in Qi Hua's home. These events may include unusual sounds, objects moving, and even the appearance of ghosts, plunging Qi Hua and those around her into panic and despair. This story explores people's longing for lost loved ones and the unease that comes with it, as well as the unpredictable consequences that may arise in the pursuit of eternal companionship.
