Doug (played by Josh Gad) and Gretchen (played by Kaley Cuoco) are a couple who have been in a stable relationship for many years. Finally, the couple decides to take the plunge into marriage. For Gretchen, hosting a perfect and grand wedding is one of her lifelong dreams that she must fulfill, and a competent best man is an essential element for a dream wedding, which is exactly what Doug lacks. Therefore, Doug turns to a man named Jimmy (played by Kevin Hart), who runs a best man introduction agency that specifically serves grooms-to-be like Doug. At first, Jimmy and Doug clash and there are many points of friction, but since their goals are aligned, will they be able to resolve their differences and create a beautiful wedding together?
