Two gangs from Chicago are extorting the rich in London, causing great panic. An old millionaire becomes the target of the robbers, and after he is brutally murdered, his disreputable nephew thinks he will inherit all his wealth. However, in the end, it is the millionaire's female assistant who inherits his estate. To eliminate the threat posed by the gangs, Scotland Yard enlists the help of a capable FBI officer (played by Christopher Lee). A bizarre butler (played by Eddie Arlent) also joins this battle between police and gangsters. As the situation worsens with the robbers, the two officers are determined to bring them to justice.
