On the night the United States and Russia signed a trade agreement, a key figure was assassinated, and special forces sniper Brandon Beckett (played by Chad Michael Collins) became the prime suspect. After narrowly escaping death, Brandon realized that this matter might involve a dark conspiracy within the government, so he sought out his only trusted ally—his father, 'Double Tap' Thomas Beckett (played by Tom Berenger). The father and son teamed up again, and this time, they had to face not only the pursuit of the CIA and Russian mercenaries but also a Japanese Yakuza assassin known as 'Miss Death' (played by Sayaka Akimoto), who possesses sniper skills that rival those of the two legendary sharpshooters... This film is the eighth installment in the 'Sniper' series.
