Cunning con man Teddy Murretto (played by Frank Grillo) drives a bullet-riddled Crown Vic, speeding through the Nevada desert. To evade the hitman Bob Viddick (played by Gerard Butler), he devises a plan: to attack rookie cop Valerie Young (played by Alexis Louder) and get himself arrested and locked up in the small-town police station. But clearly, the prison can't protect Murretto for long. Viddick also schemes his way into the detention center, looking to carry out his assassination mission. At this moment, the arrival of an assassin (played by Toby Haas) throws the police station into complete chaos...
