Big Fly (played by Anthony Wong) has a daughter named Ah May from his subordinate No Teeth, who is in love with Emperor (played by Lai Koon), a subordinate of Dongxing. The two bosses sit down for a negotiation because of this. Big Fly's arrogance causes dissatisfaction among Emperor's men, including his little brother Shan Zai, who create a disturbance in Big Fly's sauna the next day, only to be beaten up by the other side. One day, Big Fly visits his ex-girlfriend Ah Ling, who has cancer and is nearing the end of her life, and learns that he has a 17-year-old son, who is actually Shan Zai. Although a paternity test confirms their father-son relationship, both Big Fly and Shan Zai struggle to accept this fact.The Dongxing gang plans to engage in drug business with a drug dealer in Yunnan, and Emperor personally oversees this matter. He secretly keeps the drugs for himself, framing Big Fly in the process. Caught between brotherhood and fatherly affection, Shan Zai faces a perilous choice...
