The story is set in the ancient city of Aiterya, which has a medieval European style. A secret rumor circulates within the city about a uniquely charming izakaya called "Axin" located in a small alley. The food there is an exquisite delicacy that cannot be found elsewhere, and it's very cheap. As a result, lazy guards, willful young ladies, and strict tax collectors all flock to it, captivated by the street food, fried dishes, and seafood rice bowls. In truth, it is just an ordinary Japanese izakaya that, for reasons unknown, connects to another world.
