Set against the backdrop of a brutal and dark sexual exploitation tragicomedy from the 1800s, it tells the story of a happy male flea, narrating the life of Belle, an innocent 14-year-old girl living with her evil uncle Pierre and forgetful aunt, whose pubic hair serves as the flea's home. One day, she awkwardly has sex for the first time with her inexperienced boyfriend Charlie, and they are caught by the wicked Father Ambrose, who blackmails and manipulates her into becoming his sex slave. His two equally evil priest friends force him to share her with them. However, Ambrose doesn’t stop there; his mission is to thoroughly corrupt her and turn her into a willing sexual toy for any man who desires her body. Including her sinister uncle, a bizarre father-son duo of mad and violent rapist farmers, and Mr. Delmont, the father of her best friend Julia. Ambrose and his aforementioned priest friends begin stalking her at night and abusing her aunt. The more sexual experiences she is forced into, the more she enjoys them, which delights her abusers. Meanwhile, Julia is also being corrupted by Ambrose and Belle herself.
