Mixed-race beauty Guan Wenxin (played by Zhang Rongrong) and the "rich white girl" Annie (played by Yan Qianqian) are college classmates. They both developed a crush on the handsome intern teacher Luo Jia (played by Ren Quan) almost simultaneously. After Annie actively pursued him, she eventually became his girlfriend. After graduation, Wenxin, who had no background, became the most popular hairdresser at a salon, while Annie returned to her home country after living with Luo Jia in the U.S. for two months.
