"Love to the End" is the latest work by director Chung Tak-sheng following "Only Love Strangers" (2005). It is a gay film about deception and betrayal. The story revolves around a rebellious young man whose mother commits suicide because she cannot accept his homosexuality, prompting him to numb himself with drugs and begin a life of prostitution. His boyfriend calls the police for help to save him. After entering a rehabilitation center, he meets a former drug user. After leaving the rehab center, the two develop an ambiguous relationship. Unexpectedly, this leads to immeasurable and heavy consequences.
