Natasha (played by Yancy Butler) is young and wealthy, and she comes to New Orleans specifically to find her long-lost veteran father. However, as soon as she steps into the city, she is robbed. The unemployed sailor Zans (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme) heroically helps her fend off the robbers. Seeing Zans's strong sense of justice, Natasha hires him to help find her father, and Zans eagerly agrees as he needs money to set sail again. Soon, the police find Natasha's father, who has been burned. Zans's sharp instincts tell him that something is off, and he searches the scene carefully, finally discovering Natasha's father's dog tag, which has been pierced by an arrow, thus confirming that her father was murdered. Through their investigation, Zans and Natasha uncover a gang in New Orleans that preys on helpless veterans, allowing the rich to hunt them down like animals. Zans and Natasha are determined to bring this ruthless gang to justice!
