Johnny Maxima, the president of the game company 'Makinavision', unleashed a new Bugster virus using Kamen Rider Fuuma and ninja players! The executive of 'Makinavision', Kagenari Nagumo, chose a girl named Madoka, who suffers from an incurable disease and has a limited time to live, as a game player. Those infected with the new virus fell into a coma and spent time in a virtual world that was different from reality.
