Johnny Maxima, the president of the game company 'Makinavision', unleashed a new Bugster virus using Kamen Rider Fuuma and ninja players! The executive of 'Makinavision', Kagenari Nagumo, chose a girl named Madoka, who suffers from an incurable disease and has a limited time to live, as a game player. Those infected with the new virus fell into a coma and spent time in a virtual world that was different from reality. While Hiiro Kagami, Taiga Hanaya, and even the Bugster Poppy became infected, Madoka joyfully ran around in the virtual world. The results of 'Makinavision's' scheme were evident there. Eimu, with the help of Reito and Parado, jumps into the virtual world to restore the patients' consciousness in the real world. There stood Kiriya as well. What was the reason behind 'Makinavision' choosing Madoka as a player and what was their true objective? Soon, before Ex-Aid and the other Kamen Riders...
