A serial killer nicknamed 'Blitz' has emerged in this city, killing several police officers with nothing but a hammer. No one knows his whereabouts, and his skilled methods have made it difficult for the police to solve the cases. Arrogantly, he reports the details of his murders to the editor in charge of the crime section at a local newspaper, Deng Luopu (played by David Morrissey), seeking public attention.
