The story begins with a strange video sent home. A masked man who claims to be a 'threat expert' takes the 'boyfriend' of young lady Mio (played by Emina Takei) hostage, demanding ransom for his life. However, Mio has never had a boyfriend. From this incredible misunderstanding, 'threat expert' Chikawa (played by Issei Takahashi) and the 'strangely nice guy' Mio, along with her friends, begin their somewhat dangerous yet enjoyable daily lives. A 'threat expert' is someone who accepts assignments that police and detectives do not handle, solving issues by 'threatening others', making him a 'professional bad guy,' yet also a dark hero who uses 'evil' to save others. However, Chikawa is usually a person with an unusual fashion sense, always agreeable, and somewhat idle. He particularly enjoys dull, cold jokes, but no one is willing to listen to him. On the other hand, the young lady is a university student with no romantic experience. She lives modestly despite being extremely wealthy. She can spend lavishly when necessary and is an unequivocal 'super' noble. At the same time, she is a dangerously good 'kind person' who cannot tolerate even the slightest evil, and whenever someone is in trouble, she cannot just stand by; she dives headfirst into strangers' predicaments. Two people who should never have met find themselves entangled in various cases, ultimately joining forces to solve them together.
