The Hundred Flowers King is a place with a strict hierarchical system. The difference here is that the hierarchy is managed by established small groups, and the way to distinguish levels is through skill competitions between individuals. In this place, everyone participates in these skill competitions and must pay membership fees regularly. If a member cannot pay their fees due to debt, they will be downgraded to the lowest level and be subject to the authority of higher-level members. With the appearance of member Yumeko Jabami, the hierarchical system here begins to become unstable. Yumeko has exceptional gambling skills and is undefeated among the members. This leads to an increasing number of lower-level members in Hundred Flowers King, severely affecting the management of the small groups. To stop this phenomenon, the small groups call upon the former technical king Jinmaku Maku, who left two years ago, to challenge Yumeko. However, Jinmaku wins through cunning schemes, and everyone discovers that Jinmaku is intentionally disrupting the rules here. At this point, Yumeko proposes a final showdown. In the showdown, Yumeko successfully defeats Jinmaku with her strong focus and unity, safeguarding the rules here.
