During the Warring States period in Japan, the female ninja Shiyu was tasked with assassinating Lord Tokugawa Kaban. However, she failed and was captured by the warrior Red Lizard. Red Lizard intended to sexually assault Shiyu but fell victim to poison, allowing Shiyu to escape. Heavily injured and unconscious, she was rescued in the deep forest by a maid named Aza. After obtaining permission from the female head of the refuge, she stayed there to recuperate. One day, Shiyu and Aza went into the mountains to gather firewood but were discovered by Red Lizard. Shiyu and Aza managed to escape again. However, fearing for the safety of the refuge due to her exposed whereabouts, Shiyu contemplated leaving. Yet, she accidentally discovered a secret between the head of the refuge and a monk, learning that the refuge was actually a slave trading post. Consequently, Shiyu was captured and subjected to sexual slavery training, destined to be sold in the slave market. On the day of the transaction, after putting on a two-person show with Aza, she was purchased by Lord Kaban. Using a transformation technique, Shiyu turned a piece of wood into herself, seizing the opportunity to assassinate Lord Kaban. After defeating the warrior Red Lizard, she pursued Kaban, and Aza was killed by Kaban while trying to protect Shiyu. Ultimately, Shiyu killed Lord Kaban and left the area.
