This drama is adapted from a novel of the same name, telling the story of Tenkyo Eika (played by Kanna Hashimoto), who is the head of the diagnostic department at the Heavenly Medical Association General Hospital, specializing in solving difficult medical cases and even unraveling the mysteries of supernatural phenomena from a medical perspective. She is exceptionally intelligent but has a cold and elusive personality. Former surgeon Takanashi Yu (played by Shohei Miura) is dispatched to the department to partner with her. Takanashi, who is skilled at reading people's hearts, forms a sharp contrast with the emotionally detached genius Eika, complementing each other like Watson and Holmes. Their contrasting personalities collide as they work together to solve medical mysteries and uncover hidden truths.
