Two men and a woman stand on a beach that is now deserted in the summer crowd. The woman's name is Kenji Hashimoto (Hashimoto Kenji), and Yamaguchi Maki (Nishino Sho) is one of the men. Maki is still around her 12-year-old mother, Sachiko (Saiki Michiko), while Hashimoto is in a loving relationship with her. However, Hashimoto's distorted desires are interested in the girl Maki. Protecting Sachiko seems inevitable, but out of their helplessness, they ultimately end up complicating their lives. Maki grows up, experiencing and struggling against domestic violence, bravely bidding farewell to her past of snacks and solitude. One day, Maki unexpectedly finds Hashimoto appearing as a guest at her store. Maki's heart freezes as long-forgotten feelings resurface. In front of Maki, Nishizaki seems to be once again pushed to the edge. Maki begins to consume herself relentlessly, again and again. That desperation in Maki's life repeats in disappointment and helplessness. Yet, the dark threads that weave her body ultimately loosen and look at Maki's fate.
