Synopsis

Gao Zhenghui (played by Fang Zhongxin) is an undercover agent in the police force who infiltrates the underworld to conceal his identity, but he is often scolded by his father. His father is killed after discovering Cheng Lishan's (played by Long Fang) criminal activities, leading to a falling out with his sister Gao Zhiling during his father's memorial. To protect his lover Lisa (played by Ye Chen) and his sister, he decides to withdraw from the underworld, but his superior denies his request. Taking the opportunity, he gets close to Cheng's subordinate Ruan Wen. While they are ambushed during a deal with a gang, they are pursued by Zhiling and the police. In the chaos, Zhenghui attempts to incite Ruan Wen to kill Cheng, but Ruan Wen hesitates at the crucial moment. Zhenghui is left with no choice but to grab a gun and shoot at Cheng, but is met with gunfire from Cheng's men, resulting in multiple gunshot wounds. At this moment, Zhiling arrives with police officers to arrest him.
