Fierce Battle: The Brave Never Lose

Former Hong Kong boxing champion Cheng Hui (played by Zhang Jiawei), after his decline in the boxing world, becomes addicted to gambling and is heavily in debt. To evade creditors, he escapes to Macau. While living in a shared apartment, Cheng Hui meets a mother and daughter; the mother (played by Mei Ting) suffers from mental illness, while the little girl (played by Li Xinqiao) has to go to school and take care of her mother. Cheng Hui and the little girl bond well; they often dress up as little animals and perform skits to make the girl's mother happy. Meanwhile, rich heir Lin Siqi (played by Peng Yuyan) faces family turmoil; his father (played by Gao Jie) loses his business and becomes broke, spending all his time in bars. To inspire his down-and-out father to restart his life, Lin Siqi enrolls in MMA. He signs up at a boxing club where he meets Cheng Hui, who is working there. Lin Siqi apprentices under him to learn boxing. After several months of training, Lin Siqi wins several matches in MMA, becoming the new boxing champion. However, he soon faces another strong opponent (played by An Zhi Jie) and is injured, withdrawing from the match. Meanwhile, the creditors find Cheng Hui, and in a fight, they accidentally hurt Mei Ting and her daughter. Feeling deeply guilty and not wanting to drag anyone down, Cheng Hui decides to retrain in mixed martial arts, hoping to win matches in MMA and earn money to pay off his gambling debts. In MMA, Cheng Hui challenges boxing at over forty years of age, not being taken seriously. His opponent turns out to be An Zhi Jie, the new champion who defeated his apprentice Lin Siqi...
