Synopsis

This story tells of a family in the Italian Mafia that extends its reach into the Brisbane area of Australia, committing murders, dealing drugs, and engaging in other industries without restraint. The protagonist, Carlo, is a member of the family but often feels guilty about his actions. The family treats his best friend Ronnie, who is also a family member, as a cash cow, and mistakenly believes that one of Carlo’s uncles is a traitor, brutally killing him. In the end, most of the family perish in a bloody battle with the police, and Carlo is reborn, deciding to start a new life, following his heart, and pursuing his dreams.
