 Synopsis
Reporter Joe Miller is convinced that fisherman Eli Kirk is smuggling illegal immigrants into China, but he cannot gather enough evidence to satisfy his editor. Kirk's daughter Julie has become his favorite target. He catches Julie while she is skinny dipping and tries to pry information from her. However, she remains fiercely loyal to her father, and might be too alluring, working against Joe. The film is filled with scenes of sexuality that precede the Hays Code.
